Penshurst Church

The 12th Century Church was keen to attract more visitors and events to its wonderful Grade 1 listed church and buildings. They asked for a new website with an easy to use CMS, which would operate on desktops and mobile devices and be simple to administer for non technical users.

The Project

To build from designs provided by our creative partner on this project a responsive website to showcase the Garde 1 listed church and its environs. The site required an events diary, a pdf download facility, some contact forms and a gallery.

The Challenge

Although this was a fairly simple site for us to develop it was imperative to get the responsivity correct to ensure our creative partner’s eye-catching design wasn’t diluted.

The Outcome

We developed the site using WordPress as the CMS platform and Bootstrap as the front-end framework to ensure the responsive templates work correctly. We also provided a bespoke user document to help administrate the site.
